Quick answers

Frequently asked questions.

The short version: tell us what broke, we quote clearly, and a senior WordPress engineer gets to work.

Before you send a request

Helpful details for urgent WordPress repairs, hacked sites, and cleanup work.

How fast can you start?

We usually reply within 30-45 minutes during active coverage windows. Once we have enough details and access, most emergency fixes are completed within a few hours.

What information should I include?

Send your site URL, what changed recently, any error messages, screenshots, hosting details if you have them, and whether you can still access WP-admin. More context means less back-and-forth.

Do you need admin or hosting access?

Mostly, yes. For many repairs we need temporary WordPress admin access, hosting control panel access, SFTP, or database access. We only ask for what is needed for the specific repair.

Can you fix hacked WordPress sites?

Yes. We remove malicious files, scan for backdoors, clean affected database content, restore safe files when available, and harden the site so the same issue is less likely to return. * sometimes the issue is with the hosting environment, and we might not be able to fix it without hosting provider involvement. We can help you understand that if it comes up.

What does "no fix, no fee" mean?

If we review the issue and cannot make meaningful progress or resolve the agreed repair, you do not pay for the failed fix. If a site needs larger rebuild or hosting work, we explain that before proceeding.

Will you make a backup first?

Whenever the site state allows it, yes. We prefer to capture files and database backups before making changes, especially for updates, cleanup, database repairs, and recovery work.

Do you work on WooCommerce sites?

Yes. We can help with broken checkout flows, plugin conflicts, payment gateway errors, order issues, performance problems, and urgent store outages.

Still not sure what broke?

Send what you know. We can help diagnose it from there.
